WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our methodology is underpinned by the principals of co-active coaching. This is a transformative solutions-based process which is primarily about awareness, discovery and choice.
Added to this, our work with some of Australia's most innovative companies has inspired us to incorporate aspects of Agile Methodology in all we do. We embrace adaptive planning, evolutionary development, and continual improvement.
Quite often the catalyst for coaching is a career crisis. To name a few reasons, this might be due to;
ideological and ethical conflicts
a realignment of needs and wants
Our mission is to empower every professional to manage their career with optimism, excitement and nous so we offer free career crisis meetings just because we care.

THE TRILOGY WAY
All of our coaching engagements are distilled into a simple and well structured trilogy of engagement.
PART 1: DEEP LISTENING
A complementary session involving the suspension of judgement and a willingness to be open to what is said without any preconceived motivations or solutions. The coach is closely focused on listening to learn, listening for understanding rather than agreement and leading with thought provoking and powerful open-ended questions.
PART 2: ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT
At the heart of our work is a culture of transparency and collaboration. We know that no two engagements are the same which is why we have the agility to tailor our programs to suit the needs of each individual whilst having a distinct framework of adaptive goal setting and evaluation in order to maximise participant outcomes.
PART 3: DYNAMIC REVIEW
We are deeply committed to a human centric continual improvement process. We incorporate periodic SPRINT reviews with client partners and participants. These reviews are short and sharp and focus closely on what has been done and achieved as well as the participant experience. Working with people is dynamic, (now more than ever) and we understand needs and goals shift and change as career planning and acceptance of change evolves.
